a great organisation that is setting some new trends and developing
some innovative new ideas. CITYWEST has fast become known as a
professional, progressive and trendsetting four wheel drive club.
We want you to be part of it, and help take us even further. Check

If you're serious about 4WDriving and improving your off-roading
skills, if you love learning and stretching yourself, if you enjoy
being part of a “new-ideas” learning environment – then you will
enjoy CITYWEST from the word go! We know how to have fun, but we
can also teach you how to care for our precious
environment.
There are four wheel driving clubs, and
there are four wheel driving clubs. We're not cliquey, we're not
elitist or expensive - and we're not a bunch of cowboys
either! We're just real people with families looking to make
a difference. There is no other club around Melbourne quite
like CITYWEST!
CITYWEST 4x4 CLUB Inc. is eight years old
now and is continuing to grow strongly with a group of almost 200
people! From a small group of eight we've grown steadily each year,
building on friendship and a common love of 4WDriving! We now
enjoy a very positive community profile and are highly respected by
Parks Victoria and the Department of Sustainability and Environment
staff!
CITYWEST is different - but we're
still building and have a way to go yet. We have long dreamed of a
special kind of club that is genuinely committed to pursuing the
recreation of four wheel driving in an environmentally sensitive
and sustainable way, as well as a socially responsible way - yet
with a touch of real adventure. We've managed to combine these
elements as we have grown.
CITYWEST is genuinely committed to
encouraging all members of all experience - novices and old hands,
alike - to develop their 4X4 driving skill levels to the max,
regardless of their vehicle preference. It doesn't matter what
vehicle you own. Our club is built on the people - not what kind of
machines they own. We're genuinely committed to providing
affordable four wheel driving and associated activities for
families and friends. Not only that we have developed a range of
training programs with access to national accredited training of
all kinds, not just four wheel driving. Find out more about us as
